What to bring
- 01Your insurance card, if you have one. If you do not, that is fine; ask about cost when you call.
- 02A list of medicines you take, or just the bottles.
- 03Any old x-rays or records from another office, if you have them. Not required.
- 04Your questions. Write them down so you do not forget in the chair.
Plan on about an hour for a first exam with x-rays.
